This role will drive accelerated growth in defined focus areas and ensure the right balance of a global/regional/local perspective to maximize effectiveness in Asia.
Job Description
Establish the appropriate investment model to expand recruitment efforts, focusing on seed and emerging markets in Asia.Portfolio deployment playbook.Closely collaborating with cross-functional and cross-market teams to reinforce the pipeline for Asia.Develop and drive a well-defined portfolio architecture, which includes packaging, pricing, channel mapping, and potential transportation and logistics opportunities.Collaborate closely with cluster and local teams to execute a unified plan for Asia.Cultivate strong cooperation with cross-functional teams and the Global Emerging Market team to gain support.Build high engagement and collaboration with the Asia leadership team to secure sponsorship and endorsement.Leverage external parties & insights to deliver efficient and strategic future-forward consumer-led plan.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or equivalent in business.10+ years' experience In relevant brand/marketing role, ideally exposure across Asia/South East Asia.Experience in brand building capability within an organization.Experience in data-driven media approach is expected.Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written). Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to create strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
